Description

A mineral-rich broth-based soup made with seaweed, beef, Shiitake mushrooms, and seasonal greens. Inspired by Korean postpartum traditions, this soup is deeply nourishing and balancing.

Storage & Re-heating instructions

Storage:

  • Fridge: store in the fridge for up to 3 days.

  • Freezer: best consumed fresh to keep seaweed texture, but can freeze for 2 weeks.

      1. Simmer gently on low heat.

      2. Serve hot with optional cooked rice or soba noodles.

    • From the Freezer:

      1. Thaw the Seaweed soup overnight in the fridge.
